Methodology & sources How this ROI is counted
Cash ROI = (matched subscriber cash − burst charges) ÷ burst charges. Cash uses Stripe settlement amounts after processing fees, refunds and disputes. Tax and other operating costs are outside this measure. Plan MRR is shown separately, before discounts, and is not added to collected cash.
Only the account's first positive subscription payment after its first completed burst video counts as a conversion. Renewals and unrelated subscriptions are excluded. Conversions are followed for 24 hours, 7 days and 30 days; these windows are incomplete until their follow-up time has passed.
Provider charges are provisional and include known failed starts, storage and transfers. This is observed return for the served cohort; it does not prove the burst caused those subscriptions.
